Birth Continuum Support 

Grounded, intuitive support throughout your pregnancy and birth journey. Blue Hour Birth is a holistic doula practice nurturing, honoring and empowering new and growing families through the transformative portal of pregnancy, birth and postpartum. My hope is that this support helps to nourish families and communities so that we might reclaim the ceremony of birth in all its forms and create a new collective future of autonomy, connection and wholeness. 

Foundational support included in all birth offerings:

  • regular text/phone support from sign-on

  • on-call 24/7 labor and birth support beginning at 36 weeks

  • embodied, professional advocacy and support during labor in all environments

  • 3-4 prenatal meetings, as desired

  • basic childbirth and postpartum education 

  • support putting together your birth vision document

  • postpartum prep: home organization, meal prep, sleep, infant care and feeding support 

  • 3-4 nutritive herbal infusions catered to each stage of your pregnancy

care beginning during pregnancy, through labor and birth, also including holistic postpartum care through the full “fourth trimester,” or the first forty days, when we’ll create a container for deep nourishment and remineralization, healing, community support and emotional integration
